Nitrogen Recycling

Nitrogen... Cows produce it - keep it and use it on your farm with the help of EnviroBed™ and SlurryBooster System™

Farmers using EnviroBed have noticed less ammonia in sheds. Ammonia is a gas given off due to excess nitrogen in the bedding. EnviroBed is naturally low in nitrogen and therefore when in contact will lock it up. This nitrogen is then available once the EnviroBed™ finally finds its way into your slurry. A certain amount of nitrogen retention takes place within the slurry lagoon also when the SlurryBooster system is used.

As a result, poor wet land which has not in the past grown good crops, has been seen to grow much better crops and without extra bought fertiliser.

Using EnviroBed and The Slurry Booster System assists in helping farmers cope with new legislation appertaining to NVZ's as well as saving money on bought in fertiliser.
