We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to join our dynamic team. As a Fractional CFO, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial strategy and decision-making process. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to contribute their expertise on a flexible basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the executive leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Assess and manage risk, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
- Streamline and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Offer strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other business initiatives.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and present reports to executive leadership.
Must haves:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align financial initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Experience working in a fractional or part-time capacity is a plus.
This position will be 2 – 3 days per week, mainly remote but with some visits to site for meetings
